Book review : Pitcher Kristy Marie

Pitcher (Commander in Briefs #0.5)Pitcher by Kristy Marie
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

March 18-July 29

Kristy Marie brings you a hilarious novella about the problem with loving your best friend.

No one needs that many hookups!

Not even soon to be major league pitcher, Theo Von Bremen.

So, I help him by routinely thinning out his contact list—because I’m the best roommate ever. And he’s optimal baby daddy material.

For me—not Amanda 1, 2, or 3.

But since the man can’t take a hint; I’ll continue to spray his sheets with my perfume and accidentally leave my panties in his laundry.

That has to be enough to break a man eventually. Right?

Review : I enjoyed this story it was funny and cute . This is about Theo and Aniston they have been friends since teenagers . But when Aniston grandparents die Theo and Aniston decide to move in together for college. Theo makes sure guys stay away from Aniston even his twin . When things get hot one night will they move to more than more than friends but Theo is moving to do more with his baseball. And then Aniston asks Theo to take her virginity .

Quotes : “You’re stuck with me for the next four years, McCallister. No take backs.” Slow, almost purposely, as if she needs a minute before she faces me, Anniston turns in my arms. Her eyes shine brightly in the sun before a quivering smile tugs at the corner of her mouth. “No take backs,” she agrees and swallows hard. No take backs. She just signed a deal with the Devil. Anniston McCallister is mine. All. Mine.

I’ve always had a bff, and he has a dick. A big one. And because of said dick size and rumors of said dick size, I’m considered a threat.

Fine. Go get ’em, T-Dog.” His face is one of horror. “I take it back. Teddy is fine.”

Yeah, bro,” Thad adds, like he wants me to push him down the stairs. “Stay here and rest. I’ll look after Ans tonight.” Mom will miss him, but she’ll eventually move on, right? Ugh.

The denim slides down his muscular thighs with such perfection that if he ever threw out his arm, he could easily have a job at a strip club. Women would pay a fortune to have him pop out of a cake or some shit and shake those narrow hips while killing the Happy Birthday song with his horrible singing.

The other part of me takes offense he might think I can’t play poker without Theo. Who do you think taught Theo? Dudes, I swear. When will they ever learn women are better at most things than they are? It’s science.

“Theo,” I say, pausing the game. He turns, catching my gaze. “Hmm?” You can do this, Anniston. Just tell him. “I’m a virgin.” There. See? Nothing to it. Except, Theo makes a strangled sound. “Okay,” he drawls, his face looking pink tinged. “Why are you telling me this?” That is the question, isn’t it? “Because I want you to take my virginity.”
