Ronan is one of the raven boys – a group of friends, practically brothers, searching for a dead king named Glendower, who they think is hidden somewhere in the hills by their elite private school, Aglionby Academy. The path to Glendower has long lived as an undercurrent beneath town. But now, like Ronan’s secrets, it is beginning to rise to the surface – changing everything in its wake.

Review : This book was awesome I love Ronan well I love all the boys but Ronan is an interesting character he can take things from his dream he created chainsaw from his dreams . Cabeswater is gone Ronan created it and it’s just gone . His father could do what Ronan can do and he created Ronan’s mother who is stuck in a dream state . We meet a new character the gray man who is a hit man who was hired to take the greywaren who is Ronan he goes to 300 fox way and gets his reading done and ends up taking blue’s mom on a date . Kavinsky can do what Ronan can do also but he’s also fucking crazy he speed races with ronan a lot I’m pretty sure he’s gay just the way he acts around Ronan . But he takes this pill that gets him in his dreams it’s very weird . Ronan created this creature from this dream which was scary as hell . Adam and Gansey go to DC and Adam goes missing for a bit and looses his memory of how he went missing . Blue still hasn’t told Adam about her curse and he doesn’t know why she wont kiss him . Noah and Blue kiss it was so cute . Blue finally tells Adam about her curse after he came back and she tells him that it won’t be him . She takes a ride with Gansey and they talk and they like each other but there trying to ignore it so they won’t hurt Adam but there so cute together . Ronan likes Adam like there are little hints that were given . Ronan’s other brother mathew is so adorable and Ronan cares for him unlike his other brother . Ronan and Mathew break into there house that there not allowed to be in and someone else breaks in and takes the box that Ronan created from his dream . Kavinsky takes Mathew and Ronan and him have this huge fight they find mathew and Kavinsky is dead . Cabeswater is back and they take Ronan’s mother there and she wakes up I loved this book at the end Ronan says that ones of his secrets is Adam oh my god . onto the next one .

In that moment , Blue was a little in love with all of them . Their magic . Their quest. Their awfulness and strangeness . Her raven boys .

“I wish you could be kissed, Jane,’ he said. ‘Because I would beg just one off you. Under all this.’ He flailed an arm toward the stars.”

A secret is a strange thing.

There are three kinds of secrets. One is the sort everyone knows about, the sort you need at least two people for. One to keep it. One to never know. The second is a harder kind of secret: one you keep from yourself. Every day, thousands of confessions are kept from their would-be confessors, none of these people knowing that their never-admitted secrets all boil down to the same three words: I am afraid.

And then there is the third kind of secret, the most hidden kind. A secret no one knows about. Perhaps it was known once, but was taken to the grave. Or maybe it is a useless mystery, arcane and lonely, unfound because no one ever looked for it.

Sometimes, some rare times, a secret stays undiscovered because it is something too big for the mind to hold. It is too strange, too vast, too terrifying to contemplate.

Ronan’s bedroom door burst open. Hanging on the door frame, Ronan leaned out to peer past Gansey. He was doing that thing where he looked like both the dangerous Ronan he was now and the cheerier Ronan he had been when Gansey first met him.

“Hold on,” Gansey told Adam. Then, to Ronan: “Why would he be?”

“No reason. Just no reason.” Ronan slammed his door.

Gansey asked Adam, “Sorry. You still have that suit for the party?”

Adam’s response was buried in the sound of the second-story door falling open. Noah slouched in. In a wounded tone, he said, “He threw me out the window!”

Ronan’s voice sang out from behind his closed door: “You’re already dead!”

He left Chainsaw behind, much to her irritation. Ronan didn’t want her to learn any bad language.”

When Maura opened the door of 300 Fox Way, she found the Gray Man standing pensively on the other side. He had brought her two things: a daisy-chain crown, which he somberly placed on her head, and a pink switchblade, which he handed to her. Both had taken some effort to procure. The first because the Gray Man had forgotten how to efficiently link daisies and the second because switchblades were illegal in Virginia, even if they were pink
