Summary -Nora Grey’s life is still far from perfect. Surviving an attempt on her life wasn’t pleasant, but at least she got a guardian angel out of it: a mysterious, magnetic, gorgeous guardian angel. But, despite his role in her life, Patch has been acting anything but angelic. He’s more elusive than ever and even worse, he’s started spending time with Nora’s arch-enemy, Marcie Millar.

Nora would have hardly noticed Scott Parnell, an old family friend who has moved back to town, if Patch hadnt been acting so distant. Even with Scott’s totally infuriating attitude Nora finds herself drawn to him – despite her lingering feeling that he’s hiding something.

Haunted by images of her murdered father, and questioning whether her nephilim bloodline has anything to do with his death, Nora puts herself increasingly in dangerous situations as she desperately searches for answers. But maybe some things are better left buried, because the truth could destroy everything – and everyone – she trusts.

Review – Nora and Patch are going great until he protects marcie and other than that she told patch she loved him and he didn’t say anything and other things are happening Vee gets a boyfriend Rixon Pach’s friend Patch and Nora broke up Patch is with Marcie Nora finds some things she doesn’t want to she receives a package a ring from the black hand Rixon tells Nora that’s Patch’s nickname but is it Patch tell Nora Scott is Nephilem he’s imortal can’t die and he’s apart of something bad but when Nora is stuck in a sticky situation and finds out who killed her dad it surprise her .

Summary :My love, speak to me. Tell me everything.” Neferet went to Kalona, kneeling before him, stroking the soft, dark wings that unfurled loosely around the immortal.
“What would you have me say?” He didn’t meet her eyes.
“Zoey lives.” Neferet’s voice was flat, cold, lifeless.
“She does.”
“Then you owe me the subservience of your immortal soul.” She started to walk away from him.
“Where are you going? What will happen next?”
“It is quite simple. I will ensure Zoey is drawn back to Oklahoma. There, on my own terms, I will complete the task you failed.”
Exonerated by the Vampyre High Council and returned to her position of High Priestess at Tulsa’s House of Night, Neferet has sworn vengeance on Zoey. Dominion over Kalona is only one of the weapons she plans to use against Z. But Zoey has found sanctuary on the Isle of Skye and is being groomed by Queen Sgiach to take over for her there. Being Queen would be cool, wouldn’t it? Why should she return to Tulsa? After losing her human consort, Heath, she will never be the same – and her relationship with her super-hot-warrior, Stark, may never be the same either…
And what about Stevie Rae and Rephaim? The Raven Mocker refuses to be used against Stevie Rae, but what choice does he have when no one in the entire world, including Zoey, would be okay with their relationship? Does he betray his father or his heart?
In the pulse-pounding 8th book in the bestselling House of Night series, how far will the bonds of friendship stretch and how strong are the ties that bind one girl’s heart?

Review – This book was heartbreaking action packed it took place after Burned , Zoey is back and her soul is not shattered Stark is still trying to get his energy back but him and Zoey are happy and in love but when heartbreak goes down at the house of night Zoey and Stark must go back home Stevie Ray is still hiding her Rephaim from her friends Nefert is fooling everyone on the council that’s she’s so nice and good but when they have to do the funeral for jack and everyone is so sad that’s when madness takes part but it ended on a clifhander like always it was sad but I can’t wait until Destined .

summary -Salvation has its price.
The words stunned Adrian for a moment, but he kept going. “You’re lying. What you’re describing is impossible. There’s no way to save a Strigoi. When they’re gone, they’re gone. They’re dead. Undead. Forever.”

Robert’s next words weren’t directed at Adrian. They were spoken to me. “That which is dead doesn’t always stay dead….”

After a long and heartbreaking journey to Dimitri’s birthplace in Siberia, Rose Hathaway has finally returned to St. Vladimir’s—and to her best friend, Lissa Dragomir. It’s graduation, and the girls can’t wait for their real lives outside of the Academy’s cold iron gates to finally begin. But even with the intrigue and excitement of court life looming, Rose’s heart still aches for Dimitri. He’s out there, somewhere.

She failed to kill him when she had the chance, and now her worst fears are about to come true. Dimitri has tasted her blood, and she knows in her heart that he is hunting her. And if Rose won’t join him, he won’t rest until he’s silenced her…forever.

But Rose can’t forget what she learned on her journey—whispers of a magic too impossible and terrifying to comprehend. A magic inextricably tied to Lissa that could hold the answer to all of Rose’s prayers, but not without devastating consequences. Now Rose will have to decide what—and who—matters most to her. In the end, is true love really worth the price?

Book review – After the craziness of Blood promise we were wondering what was going to happen next after we found out Dimiri wasn’t killed by Rose and we now found out that there is sapose to be a way to save strigoi from not being strigoi anymore but there was only way of getting that info was releasing a criminal who was related to him Victor Dashkov. But Rose also has her trials that she passed but her dad showed up he was sitting next to her boyfriend Adrian Ivshkov who I so love them together and Lissa and Christian are still broken up blah that is so aggravating I don’t think I screamed more in a book ever espeshilly when rose was arrested for killing the queen oh we also found out that lissa has a half -brother or half -sister oh my freaking god this book was amazing can’t wait to read The last sacrifice the final book in the vampire academy series.
